Job Description
Our BurgerFi Lakewood Ranch location is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join the Fi Fam. To be a part of the Fi Fam means belonging to a dynamic group of individuals who have the drive and energy to create excellent guest experiences while serving all-natural, delicious burgers and crispy fries. Key Responsibilities (Back of House - Cook/Prep): Prepare, cook, and present menu items to BurgerFi standards Ensure food is consistently made with quality, accuracy, and care Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, prep areas, and storage spaces Support seamless communication with Front of House staff to ensure timely service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code guidelines Manage high volume while maintaining high quality and attention to detail Work collaboratively with the team to meet service goals and uphold a positive kitchen environment Key Responsibilities (Front of House- Cashier/Runner/Brand Ambassador): Welcome and greet our guests with a friendly smile Take orders from guests and share your menu knowledge Run food to guests dining in and oversee takeout orders Maintain great communication with the Back of House staff Help keep the dining room, patio, and restrooms up to BurgerFi standards Balance high volume with high quality Work as a team player You will be a great fit if the following statements describe you: You are friendly You are honest You are inviting You take pride in what you do You can multi-task You are a quick learner You can work well with others If you're energetic, driven, and ready to create fantastic guest experiences, we want you on our team!
