We are seeking an energetic and friendly Associate to join our vibrant team at our Beach Creamery in the heart of the bustling John's Pass Village on Madeira Beach! This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while creating a fun and welcoming environment. Store hours are 10 am to 10 pm(11pm in season Mar-Aug and during holiday breaks) with two days starting at 8 am for deep cleaning. Shifts vary in length, 4 to 7 hours or more depending on staffing needs and employee availability. All training is paid at the full rate, emphasizing the importance of valuing your time and effort. Prepare handmade waffle cones and serve a variety of ice creams and frozen custards with enthusiasm and attention to quality standards Operate POS systems such as Square POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and dining areas regularly Support food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines(will be trained) Skills Experience is NOT required but any is a PLUS!
