Job Overview Join Palm City Pizza - you'll be engaging with our customers firsthand in person and on the phone. We are Looking for a fun, energetic people person who loves pizza. This person will assist our cooks and prepare orders for pick-up and delivery. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with placing orders at the front counter using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Manage customer food service orders accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery to the kitchen or dining area. Operate cash registers, process cash and card transactions, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Upsell menu items by suggesting add-ons or specials to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, counters, and dining spaces, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards. Assist in food preparation tasks when necessary, including assembling ingredients or preparing simple menu items under supervision. Support kitchen staff by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a focus on food safety management practices. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and safety at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; culinary or food service experience is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with POS systems TOAST Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is advantageous but not required. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
