Sweet Caroline's Bakery & Café is looking for a dependable, organized Kitchen Team Member to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced position focused on preparing fresh sandwiches, salads, soups, and keeping orders flowing efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch service. Schedule Full-Time Tuesday-Saturday Approximately 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Every Sunday & Monday Off Starting Pay From $17.00/hour starting wage Plus a share of team tips Typical starting earnings: $21-22/hour What You'll Do Prepare made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, and salads Organize and prioritize incoming tickets during busy meal periods Slice meats and cheeses using a commercial deli slicer Perform basic food prep for sandwich, salad, and soup stations Prepare cafe dishes following established recipes Keep workstations stocked, clean, and organized Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver accurate, timely orders We're Looking For Someone Who Works well in a fast-paced kitchen Stays calm and organized under pressure Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team Takes pride in quality and presentation Is reliable and punctual Restaurant, deli, café, or sandwich shop experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with a great work ethic.
