(We are closed on Sundays) About the position: Our Back of House team is an essential part of our commitment to quality. Prepping, cooking, preparing, and ALWAYS presenting outstanding food. This is the main duty of our Back of House team. Our high standards guarantee remarkable guest experiences that will make them want to return! In addition, the back of the house staff performs a combination of duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment in clean and orderly condition according to OSHA and food safety regulations.

Some of those duties include:

Stocking, FIFO inventory, quality control, and control of food produce, special cleaning tasks, organization, and preparation of all of the items offered in our menu.
