We are currently hiring for:

Front of House Cashiers Back of House Cooks & Prep Cooks Potential Management Positions We are looking for team players who are reliable, move with urgency, work well under pressure, and take pride in their work. Management candidates should also have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant experience preferred Management experience preferred for leadership positions Reliable and punctual Strong teamwork and communication skills Positive and professional attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and help wherever needed Strong focus on cleanliness and organization Ability to follow and enforce restaurant procedures Front of House - Cashier Greet customers and take orders accurately Operate POS and handle payments Provide great customer service Package orders and communicate with the kitchen Keep the front counter and dining area clean Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning Back of House - Cook & Prep Prepare and cook food according to La Brasa Grill standards Complete daily prep and follow prep lists Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Properly store and label food Work efficiently during busy periods Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking Maintain consistent food quality and portions Management Management candidates may be responsible for: Leading and supporting the restaurant team Maintaining service and food quality standards Training and developing employees Managing daily operations and workflow Ensuring cleanliness and food safety Handling customer concerns professionally Supporting scheduling, opening, and closing procedures Holding team members accountable to restaurant standards Our Expectations We expect our team members to come to work ready to work .
