Duties prepping ingredients chopping, portioning marinating, supporting line cooks during dinner service, dish washing, cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, stocking and receiving deliveries, trash and closing duties. This is an all around kitchen job. Not a single station. We are a small team and everyone pitched in whenever needed. Permanent year around position expo plating
