Duties Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service Prepare non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care Handle retail sales transactions efficiently, processing cash, credit cards, and mobile payments while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and math calculations Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning workstations, equipment, and dining spaces to uphold food safety standards Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks following proper safety protocols to ensure quality and hygiene Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring each guest receives attentive drink service and a positive experience Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities such as cashiering, beverage prep, and order assembly Skills Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Barista experience or café background is highly desirable for beverage preparation expertise Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in food prep and cleanliness standards Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering joy through great coffee, tasty treats, and outstanding service!
