Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food service and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. This role involves various responsibilities including food preparation, serving, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs promptly. Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy dining area for guests. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of all food products. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food safety practices. Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros) is advantageous but not required as training will be provided. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
