In this role, you will help our chefs by chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and ready before service starts. If you have basic knife skills, love food, and work well in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Chop and slice vegetables, fruits, and meats according to exact recipe specifications. Measure and weigh ingredients for soups, sauces, dressings, and entrees. Wash, peel, and prep raw food items safely and efficiently. Label, date, and store all food items correctly in refrigerators and freezers to prevent waste. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including cutting boards, counters, and utensils. Check inventory and let the head chef know when supplies run low. Requirements & Skills 1+ years of kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but willing to train the right motivated candidate. Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen safety. Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 30-40 pounds. Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain one upon hiring). Reliable attendance and a strong team-first attitude.
