Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Concession Workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service experiences by preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages, managing customer orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of food items accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts Assist with food industry tasks such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Support retail sales transactions when applicable, including processing purchases at concession stands or retail counters Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to prepare food items as directed Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service experiences in a quick service or fast-food environment Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or fast-food establishments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining accuracy Experience with food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation practices required Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction reconciliation Knowledge of operating kitchen equipment and food industry standards beneficial Retail store or grocery store experience is an asset but not mandatory Proven ability to deliver friendly customer service in diverse environments This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the food industry who thrive in energetic settings.
