Job Description
Overview We are a small, family-run restaurant in Swisher, open for breakfast and lunch. Our cafe is local and unique and we take a lot of pride in our food and making a welcoming environment for our customers and staff. We are looking to add 1-2 more people to our team to help in the front of house and in the kitchen. The front of house job entails serving customers, working the register, making coffee and other drinks, running food to tables, clearing and cleaning after customers are finished, as well as general stocking and cleaning. The kitchen position entails preparing cold sandwiches and salads for service, assisting the grill cook with plating, managing food prep and stocking for their station, some dishwashing, as well as end of day closing and cleaning. Our crew is small but mighty. We get along well and we help each other out. We are looking for people who are reliable, responsible, and motivated, have a team spirit and a great attitude, and who care about customers and the quality of food delivered.
