Pizza World is coming to Waterloo, and we're building our team! We're hiring for all positions and experience levels , including team members, prep/kitchen staff, customer service/counter staff, and shift leaders/managers. We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in doing things the right way and providing excellent customer service . Restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right people with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Positions & Shifts We expect to have a variety of scheduling needs, including:

Opening/Day Shift:

Starting approximately 8:00-10:00 AM, with the ability to come in earlier when needed for prep or large orders Midday Shifts Evening/Closing Shifts Delivery Drivers Shift Leaders / Shift Managers Full-time and part-time opportunities Availability for nights and weekends is a plus! Responsibilities May Include Depending on your position and shift, responsibilities may include: Providing friendly, attentive, high-level customer service Taking customer orders in person and over the phone Operating the register and accurately handling cash and card payments Making pizzas and other menu items according to Pizza World standards Food preparation and portioning Preparing the restaurant for daily service Helping prepare large, group, and advance orders Keeping workstations, dining areas, kitchen areas, and equipment clean and organized Washing dishes and completing cleaning duties throughout the shift Restocking food, supplies, beverages, and other inventory Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures Checking orders for accuracy and quality before they leave the restaurant Helping with opening and closing procedures Working together with the rest of the team during busy periods Other restaurant duties as needed Pizza World may also offer packaged beer for sale , so some team members may assist with those transactions and will be expected to follow all applicable policies and requirements regarding alcohol sales.
