This position assists with customer service, order preparation, dining-area cleanliness, food handling, and other tasks needed to keep service running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient customer service. Take and accurately process customer orders. Prepare and assemble food items according to restaurant procedures. Assist with packaging dine-in, takeout, and pickup orders. Keep counters, tables, dining areas, and service stations clean. Restock cups, napkins, condiments, utensils, and other supplies. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Assist kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy periods. Handle basic cash-register and payment duties when assigned. Communicate guest requests and order issues to the appropriate team member. Complete opening, closing, and general restaurant-support tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods. Able to follow food-safety and restaurant procedures. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
