This position may assist with customer orders, food and beverage service, dining-room upkeep, and other front- and back-of-house tasks to help provide a smooth and welcoming experience. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Take and accurately enter customer orders using the restaurant POS system. Assist with food and beverage preparation and service as assigned. Deliver orders accurately and promptly. Maintain clean, organized dining, counter, and service areas. Restock beverages, utensils, napkins, condiments, and other supplies. Assist servers, kitchen staff, hosts, and other team members during busy periods. Process customer payments accurately when assigned. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating procedures. Respond professionally to guest questions and communicate concerns to management. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other daily restaurant duties. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly and professional attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn multiple restaurant responsibilities. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry typical food-service supplies. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
