Position Summary:

We're hiring Kitchen Staff to lead food service operations at a Greek chapter house. Responsibilites include preparing daily meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidates bring kitchen expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality meals daily Collaborate with your Campus Manager to plan and adapt menus based on feedback Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment Manage inventory and place food orders as needed Communicate regularly with corporate staff to ensure expectations are met Supervise and support additional kitchen staff as applicable Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas Supporting the kitchen team during meal service Following food safety and sanitation procedures What We're Looking For Reliable team players with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Willingness to learn and help wherever needed Food Handling Experience is required
