We are a fast-paced family-owned restaurant serving Chicago-style tavern pizza and homemade Italian favorites since 1955. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality, works well with others, and can handle a busy kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare pizzas and menu items according to Villa Nova recipes and standards Stretch, top, cut, and cook pizzas accurately and consistently Prep ingredients including vegetables, cheeses, sauces, and meats Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature procedures Help with kitchen cleaning, stocking, dishwashing, and closing duties Work as a team with cooks, pizza makers, and front-of-house staff Assist during busy dine-in, carryout, delivery, and party room hours Properly label, rotate, and store food products Follow manager instructions and kitchen procedures Qualifications Restaurant or pizza-making experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable and show up on time Ability to multitask and work as part of a team Weekend and evening availability required Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Positive attitude and willingness to learn Job Type Full-time or Part-time Schedule Day shifts Night shifts Weekends required Holidays as needed Benefits Flexible scheduling 401k Employee meal discounts Opportunity for advancement Family-oriented work environment About Villa Nova Pizza Villa Nova Pizza has proudly served the Lockport community with the same great quality ingredients and family recipes since 1955.
