As a highly skilled FOH Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior leadership and ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly while coaching and developing our talented team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. Respond immediately and respectfully to guests' needs. Assist in training new hires and set a positive tone for each shift. Act as a friendly and encouraging team player. Lead shifts, open/close the restaurant, and manage cash drawers. Communicate effectively with both guests and team members. Why Join Us? Qualifications:

Must have a smile and maintain eye contact. Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections with guests. Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members. Commitment to superior customer service. Prior experience as a shift lead or similar role is preferred but not required.
