What You'll Do Deliver friendly, attentive, and genuine hospitality to every guest. Take guest orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Prepare, assemble, and serve menu items according to Blackwood BBQ recipes and quality standards. Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation throughout each shift. Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions about our food and beverages. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines. Stock stations, replenish supplies, and ensure proper food storage procedures are followed. Maintain a clean and organized dining room, kitchen, prep areas, and workstations. Support fellow team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests and teammates alike. Uphold Blackwood BBQ's standards for hospitality, teamwork, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and stocking products. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred.
