13341 W 151st St, Homer Glen, IL 60491 Back of House Crew Member - Part Time/ Full Time Uncle Bub's BBQ & Catering | Homer Glen, IL Join the vibrant team at Uncle Bub's BBQ as a Back of House Crew Member! Located at our food stand inside Bengtson's Pumpkin Farm, this seasonal role offers a fun and fast-paced environment where you can showcase your culinary skills and work alongside a dedicated team. If you're energetic and dependable, we want to hear from you this fall!

Key Responsibilities Food Preparation :

Assist in preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

Steam Table Operations :

Maintain the steam table, ensuring food is served at the correct temperature and freshness.

Fryer Operations :

Operate fryers to prepare side items and other menu offerings while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Cleanliness and Safety :

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety regulations. Requirements No prior experience required, but a passion for food and teamwork is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude. Must be available for the entire season from September 4 to November 9.

Schedule Opening Weekend:

September 4-7 (Labor Day Weekend)

Closed:

September 8-10

Regular Season:
