Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, including taking orders, upselling menu items, and processing payments. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper food handling practices. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting food preparation and cooking processes. Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and manage cash handling with accuracy. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; prior cashiering experience is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation standards consistently. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities.
