Overview A fast-paced position with multiple roles available handling both front of house and back of house responsibilities. Key duties include welcoming and serving guests, assisting with kitchen food prep, maintaining dining and kitchen cleanliness, and adapting quickly to shifting needs during peak volume hours. Our server position often coincides with being a host and kitchen staff help on different days with a different pay rate (when not receiving tips). We are also in search of a dedicated kitchen prep employee. Multiple positions available. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Manage customer transactions including cash handling, processing credit/debit payments, and issuing receipts. Deliver excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to food safety protocols. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities. Ensure food safety standards are consistently met through proper handling, sanitation, and storage practices. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash register operations and retail sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities.

Pay:

$8.00 - $18.00 per hour
