Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the Executive Chef
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
• Follow proper food safety and handling procedures
• Support kitchen staff in bussing tables, dishwashing, and general kitchen duties
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Skills:

• Prior experience in dishwashing, food safety, food handling, or cooking is advantageous
• Strong hospitality mindset with a customer service-oriented approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers
• Interest in culinary arts or willingness to learn and grow in a kitchen setting
