Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Fast Food Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process customer transactions accurately. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary experience is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
