About the Role As a Kitchen Staff at Genki Wagyu Shabu House, you play a key role in delivering the authentic, high-quality shabu shabu experience our guests expect. You will be responsible for prepping, portioning, and plating premium fresh ingredients with precision and care. We're looking for dependable team players with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant kitchen or high-volume food service environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, portion, and plate proteins, vegetables, and broths according to the recipes. Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully compliant with sanitation requirements. Execute food orders with accuracy and consistency to maintain steady kitchen flow. Monitor ingredient quality and freshness. Communicate supply needs and assist with restocking.
