Position Overview:
As a Team Member at Blue Coffeehouse, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience. You will be responsible for providing customers high-quality food items, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about putting out a quality product, great customer interactions and a team-oriented work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
    Customer Service:
    Interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
      Food Preparation:
      Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks. Follow food safety guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and presentation.
        Maintaining Cleanliness:
        Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including ovens, slicers, and other kitchen equipment. Adhere to sanitation and safety standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both customers and staff.
          Team Collaboration:
          Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in restocking supplies, inventory management, and other tasks as needed.
          Qualifications:
          • Must be 18 or older
          • Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.
          • Hard work ethic & team oriented.
          • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
          • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
          • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
          • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
          • Must have open availability
