We're not just a restaurant; we're a destination where we craft our own cider, beer, and spirits right on-site, complementing our food offerings. What You'll Do:
As a Kitchen Lead, you'll be instrumental in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our high standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Managing and optimizing kitchen stations, including efficient setup and breakdown, and prep work. Maintaining a spotless and organized kitchen, ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations. Communicating clearly and effectively with all kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service. Collaborating closely with the General Manager to manage inventory and optimize kitchen performance. Upholding strict sanitation and safety protocols at all times and training staff on best practices. Overseeing dishwashing duties and ensuring efficient kitchen flow. Delegating and completing various cleaning and maintenance tasks to support comprehensive kitchen operations.
Who You Are:
At least 18 years old . Available to work weekends and evenings . Comfortable with prolonged standing and walking . Able to lift up to 50 pounds . Possess proven experience in a kitchen leadership role . Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills .
