Kitchen Staff Stucko's Pub & Grill is hiring experienced kitchen staff to join our team! We are a busy, locally owned pub and grill looking for dependable cooks who take pride in their work, move with purpose, and know how to stay steady when the ticket printer starts singing. This position is ideal for someone with previous restaurant kitchen experience who understands the importance of timing, consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items accurately and consistently Follow recipes, portion guidelines, plating standards, and ticket instructions Coordinate with other kitchen staff to complete orders accurately and on time Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation Follow food safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage procedures Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed Communicate clearly with coworkers, floor leaders, and management Help create a respectful, productive, and team-focused kitchen environment Qualifications Previous restaurant or commercial kitchen experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to read tickets, follow recipes, and manage multiple orders Dependable, punctual, and ready to work when scheduled Willing to take direction and accept constructive feedback Able to work independently while remaining part of the kitchen team Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Employee food discounts Opportunities to learn additional stations Opportunities for advancement into floor leader or management positions A locally owned workplace with an established team and community following A casual, energetic restaurant environment To apply, please submit your resume or a summary of your previous kitchen experience and availability.
