Depending on your assigned location, responsibilities may include: Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service Take guest orders and operate a register Prepare, assemble and serve food and beverages Complete food prep and restock ingredients and supplies Maintain clean and organized workstations Follow recipes, portion standards and operating procedures Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Wash dishes and complete routine cleaning tasks Help keep your venue stocked and ready during busy periods Work with your team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately Jump in and help wherever needed throughout the shift Some responsibilities happen behind the scenes, but most positions involve regular interaction with guests . What We're Looking For Must be at least 16 years old Friendly, dependable and willing to work as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to follow directions, recipes and food safety procedures Comfortable interacting with guests Able to stand for extended periods of time Willing to clean, stock, prep and assist wherever needed Previous restaurant or food service experience is helpful, but not required, we'll train the right people Seasonal Availability This is a seasonal position, with our highest staffing needs during the fall season. Weekend availability is important, particularly during our busiest September and October weekends.
