Casey's of Walled Lake is looking for a skilled, dependable kitchen professional to join our back-of-house team. We're seeking someone who takes pride in food quality, works efficiently under pressure, and understands what it takes to run a strong kitchen. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who brings both skill and strong character to the kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items consistently and to standard Work multiple stations during service Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Complete prep lists accurately and on time Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service Assist with inventory, labeling, rotation, and proper storage Support catering orders and high-volume events Help with opening and closing duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience Prior kitchen experience (line cook, prep cook, or similar role preferred) Knife skills and basic cooking techniques Understanding of food safety practices Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to take direction and work as part of a team What We Value Consistency and pride in your work A strong work ethic and positive attitude Respect for your coworkers and workplace Willingness to learn and improve Accountability and professionalism Why Work at Casey's?
