In this vital role, you will step into various food service environments, providing exceptional support to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences for our students. Whether assisting in meal preparation, serving, or maintaining a clean and safe environment, your will help deliver top-quality service every day. Duties Assist with food preparation, including basic cooking and assembling meals in accordance with safety standards Serve food to students in person, ensuring friendly and attentive customer service Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, dishwashers, and POS (Point of Sale) systems for processing transactions Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, dining areas, and kitchen tools following food safety sanitizing procedures Handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and food handling with care and precision Follow all food safety management protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and customers Experience Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant server, catering assistant, or banquet staff is preferred but not required Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures, manual handling techniques, and operating kitchen equipment is highly desirable Customer service skills demonstrated through in-person interactions with diverse guests or clients Experience processing transactions using POS system is advantageous We're committed to fostering a supportive environment that values your contributions while offering opportunities to develop your skills across various facets of food service.
