Base hourly pay + shared daily tips About Krab Kingz Krab Kingz is about more than serving great seafood. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Kitchen Cook who takes pride in preparing quality food, maintaining a clean kitchen, and supporting the entire team. Key Responsibilities As a Kitchen Cook, you will be expected to: Prepare and cook Krab Kingz menu items according to established recipes, portions, and quality standards. Prepare ingredients and complete food-preparation duties before and during shifts. Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the entire shift, including continuous cleaning after food preparation. Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed. Keep cooking surfaces, prep areas, floors, sinks, and other kitchen areas clean and sanitary. Follow proper food handling, storage, sanitation, and safety procedures. Monitor food quality and freshness and properly rotate and store products. Assist with opening, closing, and kitchen cleaning responsibilities. Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining food quality and accuracy. Communicate and work closely with other kitchen and front-of-house team members. Assist wherever needed to help the restaurant operate successfully. What We Expect We are looking for someone who understands that cooking and cleaning go hand in hand. Keeping the kitchen clean, washing dishes and cookware, cleaning continuously during preparation, and maintaining an organized work area are essential responsibilities of this position. Team members should be dependable, punctual, respectful, willing to learn, able to follow established processes, and ready to contribute wherever needed. Compensation & Tips This position includes a base hourly wage plus daily tips. Tips earned during the day are shared among the eligible staff working that day, giving every team member an opportunity to benefit from providing customers with a great Krab Kingz experience.
