Duties Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for service Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing practices Support food running and serving efforts to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests or customers Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when moving supplies or equipment Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently to keep dining areas tidy and welcoming Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payments Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and hygiene standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred but not required Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and safety procedures essential Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong attention to detail in cleaning, food handling, and customer service duties Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by becoming a vital part of our kitchen team.
