Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate cash registers. Manage customer transactions including cash handling, processing cash register operations, and retail sales transactions with precision. Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and answering questions about food options. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment to uphold sanitation standards. Assist with food safety management practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Support team members in bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring a tidy environment for guests. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments. Familiarity with cash registers. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction processing.
