Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate processing. Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation activities. Manage customer orders, upsell menu items, and promote specials to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to food handling safety protocols. Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and balance cash drawers at shift end. Support retail sales transactions when applicable, including stocking supplies and managing inventory levels. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle cash register operations and POS systems confidently. Food service experience with knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and kitchen safety. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, or ovens is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
