Thank you Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Operate the POS system efficiently for transactions and cash handling. Prepare and serve food items while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the work area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and timely service. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Qualifications Experience in food service and quick service restaurant environments Proficient in operating POS systems, including Aloha and Micros Strong customer service skills with a focus on upselling Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
