Duties:

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
• Cook menu items according to recipes and portion control standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients
• Assist with bussing tables and dishwashing as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies

Experience:

• Previous experience in a banquet, restaurant, or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus
• Familiarity with food safety regulations is highly desirable
