Duties Prepare food items efficiently and accurately according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales transactions Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Handle cash register operations, processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, and food prep tools Assist with food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met at all times Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service or fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales and order management Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy morning shifts Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and enhance guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling techniques Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management Previous retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy makes a difference!
