00pm-CL Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Pot Washer/Line Crew member and be a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness and readiness of all kitchenware, maintain high standards of sanitation, and support the smooth operation of food preparation areas. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable kitchen experience while contributing to a vibrant culinary setting. Responsibilities Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and organize pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including ingredient handling and setup. Support the food service team by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Follow all sanitation standards to uphold kitchen health and safety regulations. Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, trays, and supplies with proper technique to prevent injury. Maintain a clean work environment by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as dishwashers or cleaning tools is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
