What You'll Do

As a Crew Member, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for every guest by: Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Taking orders accurately and efficiently

Preparing quality food according to Wendy's standards

Working in the kitchen, front counter, or drive-thru as needed

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Restocking supplies and assisting with restaurant operations

Working as part of a team to deliver fast and friendly service

Following food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
