We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to join our bustling kitchen. In this role, you will start by mastering prep work, station organization, and general kitchen support. However, this is more than just a prep job—it is a direct path to the hot line. We are looking for a versatile team player whose ultimate goal is to learn our entire menu and step up as a Backup Line Cook. What You'll Do Execute daily food prep, ingredient portioning, and proper station setup. Maintain strict cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen. Support the culinary team during busy service hours to ensure smooth operations. Train on the line to cook Italian-American classics like chicken parmigiana, rigatoni bolognese, and fresh seafood pastas.

Growth & Compensation Performance-Based Raise:

Your starting rate will reflect your initial role as a Kitchen Helper. Once you successfully learn the menu and prove you can hold your own as a Backup Line Cook, your rate will automatically increase to reflect your new skills.
