Duties Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are handled safely and efficiently in accordance with food safety standards Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, utensils, equipment, and dining areas regularly Support bussing and food running duties to ensure tables are cleared promptly and new orders are delivered swiftly Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely when moving supplies, ingredients, or equipment Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payments with accuracy Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing their needs professionally Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures Ability to perform manual tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safe lifting practices Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality to support team operations Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to grow your culinary skills, and ready to contribute to a lively team dedicated to guest satisfaction!
