This role assists with customer service, food and beverage service, table maintenance, cleanliness, stocking, and general restaurant duties. The ideal candidate is a positive team player who can work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service. Assist with taking and delivering food and beverage orders. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately. Respond to guest questions, requests, and service needs. Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service. Refill water, utensils, napkins, condiments, and other guest supplies. Assist servers and other team members during busy service periods. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth order flow. Operate the POS system and process payments when assigned. Maintain clean and organized dining, bar, and service areas. Restock food, beverages, glassware, supplies, and service items. Assist with basic food preparation and other restaurant tasks when needed. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures. Support opening, closing, and daily side-work responsibilities. Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, bar, or customer service experience preferred. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused personality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Ability to learn restaurant procedures and menu items quickly. Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods. Ability to work effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams.
