What You'll Do As a Crew Member (Insider), you'll play an important role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly by: Preparing pizzas, subs, wings, salads, and other menu items Taking customer orders in person and over the phone Operating the cash register and handling payments accurately Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Preparing ingredients and stocking stations Washing dishes and completing cleaning tasks Assisting teammates during busy rushes Following food safety and sanitation procedures Providing friendly, fast, and accurate customer service Helping open and close the restaurant What We're Looking For We're looking for team members who are: Reliable and dependable Positive with a great attitude Willing to learn Team-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused Honest and accountable Able to multitask while maintaining quality Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old (or meet state employment requirements) Ability to stand for extended periods Weekend and evening availability preferred Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required Why Work at Gionino's?
