Job Description
Summary Prep cold foods for restaurant and banquets operations. May include salads, sandwiches, desserts, meat/cheese trays, vegetables, fruits, butter, salad dressing, etc. Work together with other staff. Rotate and mark products, clean areas as requested. Skills/Requirements Prior food prep or cooking experience required Safe food handling certification preferred Must be available weekends and holidays Benefits All Employees are eligible for a Complimentary Meal when working 4 or more hours and may receive Discounted Hotel Rooms nationwide.
