Full or Part time available Join the Archer's Tavern Team Archer's Tavern is hiring a Kitchen Food Expediter to be the key link between our kitchen and front-of-house teams. If you're organized, quick on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, this is a great fit.

What We Offer Pay:

$16-$20 per hour, based on experience Flexible Scheduling — Full-time or part-time hours available Dining Discounts — Enjoy meal discounts on us across all Archer's Tavern and Stone House Tavern locations Paid Time Off — PTO available after eligibility requirements are met What You'll Do Coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room, calling out tickets and managing ticket times Check every plate for accuracy, presentation, and quality before it leaves the kitchen Communicate clearly and continuously with cooks and servers to keep orders moving smoothly Track ticket times and flag delays before they become a guest issue Organize and prioritize orders during high-volume rushes Keep the expo station clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift Assist with plating and garnishing as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation standards What You Bring Previous restaurant, kitchen, or expo experience preferred but not required Ability to stay calm, organized, and clear-headed during busy rushes Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Attention to detail — you catch what others miss Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Archer's Tavern We're a locally owned restaurant group in the Dayton area that values a hardworking, tight-knit team.
