Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves various kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist with food preparation for banquets and special events Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Handle food safely and adhere to all food safety regulations Buss tables and assist with serving when necessary Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to meet customer needs Participate in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred Kitchen experience, including food preparation and cooking skills Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction Experience in banquet service or hotel kitchens is a plus A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing excellent customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as a Kitchen Team Member, where your culinary talents will shine, and your contributions will be valued!
