We are looking for individuals who take pride in preparing quality food, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Complete basic food preparation and portioning Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Properly store, label, and rotate food products Restock kitchen stations before, during, and after service Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning when needed Work cooperatively with kitchen, restaurant, and golf course staff

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Must be available for some evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine kitchen duties
