Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and waste disposal Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and resetting dining areas efficiently Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting tasks safely to move supplies, ingredients, and equipment Serve food to guests accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring order correctness Provide excellent in-person customer service by attending to guest needs with professionalism and friendliness Follow food safety protocols diligently during food handling and preparation processes Support banquet events or special functions by assisting with setup, serving, and cleanup as needed Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices Ability to perform manual tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest services Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, bussing, cleaning, and general restaurant procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while contributing to a vibrant team dedicated to guest satisfaction.
