This role involves cooking, assembling orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours. Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced environments, take pride in food quality, and work well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook core menu items such as seasoned meats, rice, beans, tortillas, salsas, and toppings according to established recipes and portion standards Assemble customer orders accurately, efficiently, and with attention to presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation throughout the shift Follow all food safety, hygiene, and temperature control guidelines Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure continuous service flow Operate kitchen equipment safely (grills, fryers, warmers, steam tables, etc.) Communicate clearly with team members and front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, prepping ingredients, and storing food properly Uphold brand standards for speed, quality, and customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous kitchen or fast‑food experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented Willingness to learn recipes, procedures, and safety standards Schedule & Work Environment Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Fast-paced, high‑energy kitchen environment Opportunities for cross‑training and advancement Why Join Us Competitive pay Meal discounts Growth opportunities within the restaurant Supportive team culture focused on quality and efficiency
